Refund policy

1. General Terms

This Cancellation and Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made through Glimmora’s official website www.glimmora.co.in.
By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.


2. Order Cancellation

2.1 Before Shipment

  • Customers may cancel their order before it has been shipped by contacting us at:

  • A full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 2–3 business days of cancellation confirmation.

2.2 After Shipment

  • Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.

  • Only exchange requests (subject to conditions) will be entertained.


3. Return & Exchange Policy

Important Note: We do not accept returns or refunds in any case.

3.1 Exchange

  • Exchange is possible only once per order, subject to stock availability.

  • A reverse shipping fee of ₹100 must be paid by the customer before the pickup is scheduled.

  • The product must be:

    • Unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

    • Exchanged request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

3.2 Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Earrings and jewellery that pierce the skin (for hygiene reasons).

  • Customised or personalised jewellery.


4. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If the product arrives damaged/defective, customers must provide an unboxing video with shipping label visible within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Upon verification, we will offer a replacement or Store Credit (including shipping costs).


5. Exceptions

  • We reserve the right to deny an exchange if products show signs of wear, alteration, or tampering.

  • Fraudulent or abusive claims may result in denial of services.
